AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE
Within our global network we work closely together with major Maintenance centers that offer maintenance, repair, overhaul and upgrades (MRO&U) of various platforms of which some are government owned entities that work in support of their own defense forces and defense industry and therefore are very experienced and secure to handle military equipment. As we are very well aware that MRO&U usually also involves requirements for new parts or component repairs our network of spare parts suppliers and component repair centers allows for cost effective integrated solutions.
The Maintenance Centers we are teaming up with are located in various parts of the world and are able to offer their facilities to conduct the work at their site or, if required and possible, compose maintenance teams and conduct the work at the customer location. In case the work is performed at the customer location we can even offer to combine the work with an on-the-job training program in order to develop in-country capability and transfer knowledge. We are able to offer both structural and avionics upgrade programs for various fixed wing and rotary wing platforms.
AIRCRAFT PROCUREMENT
Due to our extensive network of aircraft users across the world we are very aware of various types of used fixed and rotary wing that are offered for sale by military users, civilian users or even industry partners. Marvalous is able to offer advice and support for any customer that is considering procurement of new aircraft in order to ensure a perfect fit with the customer’s concept of operations and in line with the technical, capability and budget requirements. In limited cases we are also able to offer options for procurement of new aircraft.
TECHNICAL TRAINING
Marvalous works closely together with a Part-147 licensed Training Center that offers flexible training solutions for Part-145 qualified A, B1, B2, B3 and C-level technicians and mechanics on fixed wing and rotary wing platforms. Both basic and advanced training can be offered and specialized Task oriented training options (competency training) are available, fully tailored to the customer requirement.
PILOT TRAINING
Besides Technical training Marvalous provides pilot training solutions as well ranging from ab-initio training to PPL, CPL, ATPL and special pilot training courses like Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (UPRT).
SPARE PARTS AND COMPONENT REPAIR
For Spare Parts and Component Repair Marvalous has teamed up with a large number of suppliers and service centers that are able to offer competitive prices and fastest delivery times for a large range of Parts and Components. Below please find a main list of platforms (and engines) for which we can offer quite a range of spare parts and component repair or overhaul services. For any platforms that are not on the list please submit us your request in any case and we will do our utmost to locate the right supplier, for which in most cases we succeed, unless the part has become obsolete.
